WKA Manufacturers Cup Grand Nationals this weekend at MCC in Cincinnati

BATAVIA, Ohio — Motorsports Country Club of Cincinnati is set to host the WKA / Summit Racing Manufacturers Cup Grand Nationals this weekend, August 12-14, which will close the 2022 national sprint program for LO206 4-cycle and IAME Swift and KA100 2-cycle racers.

WKA has posted a number cash and contingency awards for divisions that will be running at MCC, and adjusted the format so a driver can enter for one day only and have a shot at a Grand National win.

“WKA will run separate race days on both Saturday and Sunday, so drivers who can only race one day can still win a coveted Grand National award,” explains WKA’s Mike Tetreault. “Plus, any Junior or Senior driver who runs the table each day (qualifies on pole, wins the pre-final and wins the final) will receive a $150 bonus for that day!”

Overall weekend podium finishers will receive:

KA Junior & Senior Overall
1st – $500
2nd – $250
3rd – $125

KA Masters Overall
1st – $200 Summit Racing Gift Card
2nd – $100 Summit Racing Gift Card
3rd – $50 Summit Racing Gift Card

CIK 206 #360 Overall
1st – $500
2nd – $250
3rd – $125

CIK 206 Junior Overall
1st – $300
2nd – $150
3rd – $100

206 Cadet (Not Advanced) & Mini Overall
1st – $200
2nd – $100
3rd – $75

Kid Kart and Micro Overall
1st – $100 Game Stop Gift Card
2nd – $75 Game Stop Gift Card
3rd – $50 Game Stop Gift Card

If you missed the online registration deadline, you can still enter with no at the track extra fees and take advantage of the $35 off two class discount.
